| La Haute Manceliere is a charming 17th century longere converted into 3 cottages for let all year long. It is situated in a quiet, pretty hamlet, in the heart of the Brittany countryside. It is set in 2 acres of lawned gardens in the middle of which is a large heated swimming pool, which is heated from the beginning of April to end October Despite its rural location, the property is only a 45 minute drive from the long, sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The 3 cottages sleep 12, 8 and 4 and can be let either individually or together for large groups. The gites are available to rent all year round and have excellent heating for winter lets. Ideal for families, there is a play area for young children, a trampoline and a boules court among other things. |

The private entrance driveway, of about 150metres is flanked by 106 poplar trees, is an impressive sight on arrival. The grounds are surrounded by cornfields and an old cider apple orchard at the entrance. The front lawns and the rear grassed area under the old oak tree are ideal for barbecues and picnics. There is also a boule court, children's swings, badminton and volley ball and table tennis. Surrounding the granite mill in the central courtyard is the Manor House and the converted barns. |
