Le Noyer is a pretty stone cottage situated next to a designated walking trail and offers an action packed holiday or a relaxing break in tranquil rural surroundings, yet it is only 2 kms from the small town of Langonnet in Southern Brittany.
The gite is a 5 minute walk from a picturesque lake where there are a children's playground, a small beach and an outdoor table tennis table.
It is about 40 minutes away from the renowned coastal resorts of Le Pouldu, Lamor Plage, Port Manech and Concarneau. 
It is fully furnished and equipped and offers all the benefits of modern living while retaining its original character and charm. It has an extensive garden, at the centre of which is a superb 10 x 5 metre swimming pool and a large games area for badminton, tennis, volleyball, petanque or croquet.

Alternatively, you can use it as a base to explore some of the delightful scenery, towns and beaches that Morbihan has to offer.

The gite is ideally situated away from the main bustle and traffic of the coast, yet still within easy reach for day trips.The spectacular coastlines of Southern Finistere and Southern Brittany are less than 45 minutes away, as are the beautiful old towns of Quimper, Pontivy, Guemene sur Scorff, Pont Aven, Quimperle and Huelgoat.
There are abundant trails for walking and cycling throughout the area. There is a pleasure lake within 5 minutes walk of the gite. Alternatively, there's a much larger lake at both Glomel and Priziac, both of which also have their own beach areas.
The facilities available locally are fishing, horse riding, fishing, quad biking, go-karting, golf, tennis, adventure playground, boating, sailing, petanque. zoo, nature park etc.

Internally, the gite has been sympathetically restored and updated.
The ground floor of the property comprises a large lounge / dining room with open fireplace and log burner, separate fitted kitchen and shower room with w.c. On the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms( 1 double + 1 twin), a bathroom, separate w.c. and a landing area.
The lounge has a bed settee. 
The property is fully furnished and comes equipped with cooker, washing machine, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, kettle, crockery, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, TV / video and games.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers.
Bed and household linen are available as optional extras.
The outbuilding boasts, amongst other things, a barbecue and four mountain bikes for those of a more energetic nature.
