Four well appointed self-catering holiday gites for families with large solar heated pool set within 1-½ acres of lovely garden with fantastic views over the neighbouring countryside. All The holiday cottages have recently been converted from a 300 year old Longere and barn and therefore offer every modern convenience that you would require for a self-catering holiday..

The gites comprise of two 3 bedroom cottages both of which have 2 bathrooms (en-suite to master bedrooms) making them ideal for two families that may wish to share, and two 2 bedroom cottages.

There is also a play area for the children which comprises of swings and a large climbing frame.

The 8 mile long Lac de Guerledan with it's many sandy beaches is only a short drive and the North, South and West coast beaches can be reached in about an hours drive.

The holiday cottages have recently been converted from an 18th Century Longere and therefore offer every modern convenience that you would require for a self-catering holiday. Situated only 1-½ hours drive from the ferry ports of St Malo and Roscoff the location makes your journey this side of the Channel less strenuous. Low cost airline Ryanair, flies daily from London Stansted to Brittany’s Dinard and Brest Airports where car hire is available.

Our holiday cottages are located in a peaceful rural location in Brittany and therefore your holiday cottage will have stunning views over the neighbouring countryside, the perfect setting for a break from the hurly-burley of modern life in the U.K. Come and enjoy the holiday cottage experience in Brittany where you can buy a bottle of wine for as little as £1, and enjoy a 3 course meal with wine for less than £7.

A large solar heated pool is available for your enjoyment along with a children’s play area which consists of swings and a large wooden climbing frame which has 3 towers 4 metres high connected by bridges. Each property has been tastefully converted with a cottage feel with a consewrvatory added to Kingfisher Cottage during 2006. This now benefits from the fantastic views over the rear garden and hills beyond.

The newly renovated garden cottage is situated a few miles away from our main gite complex in a rural un spoilt position.This family cottage has use of a large solar heated pool which has a wooden deck area and an approved alarm system for your childrens safety.The cottage has its own private entrance and parking space along with a fenced garden.Inside the cottage the downstairs is open plan with a lounge area over looking the pool with English Freeview TV.The kitchen has fully intergrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven.The cupboards are full of everything you will need for a self catering holiday.Upstairs in the master bedroom there is a king size bed along with matching chest of drawers and dressing table.The second bedroom has two single beds.The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and overhead massage shower. The patio area over looks the pool and has a BBQ and table and chairs.Included in the rental of the property is electricity, gas, bed linen and cleaning products. Changeover on this cottage through the peak season is on a Sunday all other times of the year it is flexible. This cottage has full electric heating so is ideal for off peak bookings
