Pempoul is an exclusive cottage sleepig 4 people with a heated covered pool. It is situated in a small hamlet of 3 houses it being the last one on a no through road.
The cottage is very private and is south facing therefore gets the sun all day. There is a large lawn at the front, parking at the side and the pool is situated in its own fenced garden at the other end of the cottage.
The accommodation is spacious and well equiped with its newly built conservatory.

Pempoul is situated in the beautiful country side of central Brittany. It is ideally placed for reaching any of the 3 Brittany coast lines. Within approx. 1hrs drive you can see the pink granit coast to the north, the wild & rugged beauty of the west coast & the sandy beaches.
The south cottage is 15 mins from the Nantes to Brest cannal which is ideal for walking & cycling. There are 3 lakes nearby offering water sports, fishing ect.
The local town of Carhaix-Plouger has 10 pin bowling & go-carting, numerous restraunts and 3 large supermarkets. Or you can stay at the cottage and enjoy its own private swimming pool.

The interior of the cottage comprising large conservatory with patio doors to the front and to the side leading onto the patio and pool area.
Off the conservatory is one of the 2 shower rooms and toilets.
There is a large lounge/dining room with english TV. & a wood burning stove, Seperate fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher,fridge,cooker & microwave.
The utility room leads off the kitchen with it's washing machine, freezer ect & seperate toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms , 1 double and 1 twin. Also the 2nd shower room and toilet.
The cottage has central heating for out of season use. Tea towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are all provided.

The swiming pool has an all weather cover which can slide back on it's self leaving half of the pool uncovered, so you are able to swim whatever the weather.
The pool is 5m x 10m , 1m.20 at the shallow end going down to 1m.85 at the deep end. Sun beds, patio table and chairs and BBQ are provided for outside use.
