Two converted barns and two pretty stone cottages nestling on the border of Southern Brittany and the Loire Atlantique.

La Cour is situated in the quiet hamlet of Paimbu just 1 km from the village of Masserac. It is well situated for reaching the many beaches and attractions.

Valley View Barn has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), sleeping 10.
Wisteria Barn has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6.
Walnut Cottage has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4.
Jasmine Cottage has 2 bedrooms sleeping 5.

All the properties have their own private enclosed gardens with BBQ and garden furniture.

Ideally situated just 40 minutes away from the beautiful west coast of Brittany, the small hamlet of Paimbu offers the peace and tranquility of the French countryside nestled within the Loire Atlantique but remains easily accessible to the numerous attractions that Northern France has to offer.

On Your Doorstep Begin your day by taking a gentle 5-minute stroll to the friendly local boulangerie to buy your fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. The village also offers a French cafe (bar) and grocery shop. Another 10 minutes away is the lively town of Guemene-Penfao where you will find a supermarket, indoor swimming pool, canoe hire for paddling along the River Don and pony trekking.

La Cour is well situated for reaching the many attractions of Southern Brittany and the Loire Atlantique. Valley View Barn has 4 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a twin bedded room and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds. The well-appointed large family bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and hydro-massage bath.

The open plan lounge/dining area has a feature woodburner, English satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi with CD player and double doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the garden and the valley beyond.

The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons, ironing boards & free broadband (ADSL) wired internet access.
There is a fully enclosed private garden with garden furniture and BBQ. A selection of bicycles from kiddies to adults are available for use free of charge.

Duvets and pillows are provided free of charge, bed linen and towels can also be provided at a small extra charge if you prefer you may bring your own.
