5 Gites in Brittany with Heated Pool. A unique hamlet of five traditional Breton cottages nestling in the beautiful Blavet Valley of Southern Brittany.
Set in three acres of secluded gardens amongst woodland and rolling hills, the special atmosphere of this delightful hamlet guarantees you a relaxing and carefree holiday.
The cottages can be rented individually and sleep 4, 6 or 8 people. Each cottage is detached (except for Le Puits) and they all have their own private garden, ideal for small groups or families.
They are equally suitable for larger groups and collectively, the cottages can accommodate up to 30 people.
One of the cottages has a dining room which can be rearranged so that everyone can eat together "en famille".
Having exclusive use of the whole hamlet is great fun for family reunions, fishing, golf, cycling or walking groups, clubs and associations, corporate awaydays etc.

The nearest village with shops and bars is just a couple of kilometres away. For supermarkets and banks, the larger town of Baud is an easy ten minute drive.
There is good selection of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes and pockets and the friendly, local bar/creperie is a leisurely stroll down the lane.
The nearest recommended beaches are just 30 minutes away and the Golfe du Morbihan is 40 minutes.
All year round, there are plenty of things to see and do: medieval castles and villages, colourful markets, antique fairs and flea markets, museums, zoos, local attractions, festivals and musical events.
The locals are extremely friendly and courteous, and you will be made very welcome at any of the fetes, dances and village carnivals taking place throughout the year.
In the surrounding area, there are plenty of scenic country walks and cycling routes, as well as canoeing, coarse and fly fishing, five golf courses, horse riding, sailing, windsurfing, tennis, sand yachting, go karting, quad biking, archery, sea kayaking, scuba diving, kitesurfing, paintballing, tree walking etc, etc.

These beautiful old cottages have all been restored to a very high standard and with their huge granite fireplaces, original oak beams and lovely old country furniture, they are full of Breton charm and character.
The cottages are all tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you need for a stress free holiday: comfortable beds with crisp white bed linen, soft towels, deep sofas, open fires or woodburners, central heating, video players or English satellite TVs, CD players/radios and fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc.
Each cottages has its own private garden and terrace with barbecue, sun umbrella, table and chairs.
In the grounds, the 11m x 7m heated swimming pool (securely fenced) has a large deck area with lots of loungers and deckchairs so you can enjoy the sunshine all day.
For the more energetic, there is table tennis, grass badminton, swings, sandpit, boules court and games room with table football, pool/snooker and a hangout for teenagers.
Within the three acres of garden there are plenty of open grassy spaces for children to play freely and safely without disturbing the other guests.
With the car parking area tucked out of sight, and its carefully preserved bread oven and stone well, this unique and privately-owned hamlet has all the atmosphere of a traditional Breton village from a bygone age.

Le Cidre is a real chocolate box house! Bags of character and very cute. There is an open plan sitting room with big comfortable sofa and armchairs around the granite fireplace with woodburning stove. Video player and radio/CD/cassette stereo.
The dining area seats 4 comfortably and the kitchen comes fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin, WC and shaver socket.
Good quality bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels are provided free of charge. Electric central heating throughout.
Outside in the private garden, you will find outdoor furniture, sun umbrella and barbecue.

French windows in the sitting room open out onto the private terrace with far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside. The terrace, with garden furniture, sun umbrella and barbecue, leads onto a large garden area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave,, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
There is downstairs cloakroom with WC and handbasin.
Upstairs, off the large landing is one double bedroom, with queen-size bed, and two twin bedrooms. The bathroom has a wash basin, tiled bath/shower, WC, bidet and shaver point.

There is a huge granite fireplace, deep sofa and armchairs, and beautiful Breton antique furniture which gives the room a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. There is a English satellite TV, video player and radio/CD/cassette stereo.
A stable door leads out into the garden with glorious far-reaching views over fields and woodland towards the local chateau.
The dining area normally seats six around the old oak table but, as the room is so spacious, it can easily be rearranged to seat up to 30 people if required.
Downstairs cloakroom with WC and handbasin.
The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. A stable door leads out onto the private terrace with lovely views over the surrounding countryside.
The terrace, with garden furniture, sun umbrella and barbecue, leads onto a large open garden area. Upstairs, on the open mezzanine, is a quiet area to sit and enjoy the extensive book library. The landing leads to a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The spacious bathroom has a bath/shower, WC, bidet, wash basin and shaver point.
