About us at L'IPOMEE B&B in Brittany

Peaceful nights for a magical stay, you’ll be nestled in real linen sheets with traditional embroidery, that's what we have planned for our guests in the rooms of our Bed and Breakfast “L’IPOMEE” (The Morningglory), a pretty stone farmhouse nestled in the Breton countryside only 5mins from Guingamp.

We have three bedrooms available to choose from in our bed and breakfast:

The Savoyarde Bedroom will surprise you because it is imbued with the rustic yet warm atmosphere of the Haute-Savoie Mountains. En suite bathroom with shower and toilet
The Breton Bedroom will seduce you with the natural simplicity of its Breton style which is both welcoming and generous. En suite bathroom with shower and toilet
The Azure Bedroom is serene and relaxing and will unwind you into a beneficent peace. Adjacent bathroom and toilet.

A relaxing area for reading or just lazing around is provided for you on the first floor.

Located 5 minutes from Guingamp and a few miles from the beautiful Côte de Granit Rose, discover ancient Breton traditions and timeless landscapes rich with generous habitants.

L’IPOMEE offers an oasis of greenery, with its Japanese garden, and an irresistible urge to relax. A pergola invites you, if you wish to dine in the quiet calm of the gardens.

And what about our mini-farm breizh - it will delight you with the diversity of our animals: donkeys, pygmy goats, Ouessant black sheep, dwarf chickens, peacocks, ornamental ducks and pheasants!

Direction to our Bed and Breakfast

On the RN12, exit Guingamp center. Tréguier direction La Roche-Derrien, then cross the railway, about 300 m further, take the road right after the white fence of Transport Touze. go right at the end of this road and you are in L’IPOMEE.The B & B is located in the centre of Brittany about a mile from the market town of Rostrenen, ideal for those people wishing to stay in a rural location yet within easy reach of all amenities.  We are close to the many lakes in central Brittany and coasts in the north, south and west of the region. The Nantes to Brest canal is only minutes from us.The ferry ports of Roscoff and St. Malo are about 1.1/2 hours away as are  the airports at Dinard and Brest.
