This property is set in the heart of the beautiful, wooded hills above the Blavet Valley. The river is navigable and its towpath is perfect for walking and cycling. A short drive away, near the village of Quistinic is the preserved village of Poul Fetan where you can see how life was in Brittany in the past and watch traditional artisans at work. It is an ideal base to explore the countryside for which the region is reknowned

Outside: private lawned garden area to rear with table and chairs and BBQ. Table and chairs at front of house in shared courtyard. Fenced, tiled, heated swimming pool, 12m x 5m, 1m to 2m deep plus small children's pool 2.5m x 2.5m, 35 cm deep. Sunloungers. Large play area with swings, sandpit and play equipment. Washing machine and tumble dryer in outside utility room. The pool, play area and utility room are shared with the adjoining gite in July & August.

Detached traditional stone cottage renovated to a very high standard. The ground floor is open plan with well equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher. The living area is very comfortable and has satellite T.V and DVD player. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms one double and a twin both have en-suite bath/shower rooms. Outside there is garden furniture, BBQ.
