Situated in a peaceful rural location in the heart of Brittany, these two cottages are perfectly located for taking advantage of the wide variety of holiday activities and attractions the region has to offer, as well as being within easy reach of a selection of beautiful beaches.

• Twin stone Breton gites with private garden which can be let together or separately. The accommodation has been recently converted and is comfortably furnished and well equipped
• particularly for families with young children. Le Coquelicot (The Poppy) – 4 bedrooms with family bathroom and main bedroom ensuite. Sleeps 8 plus cot La Rose (The Rose) – 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Sleeps 6 plus cot

The gites are based north of Lorient and west of Pontivy and within easy access of beaches. They are ideally located for anyone wishing to explore Brittany.
The gites are encircled by four small towns, each distinctive in its own way. Rostrenen has an all day market on Tuesdays. Guémené has a good supermarket and is famous for its production of andouille (spicy sausage). Le Faouet is known for its art gallery housed in a former Ursuline convent and also the church of St Fiacre with its striking carvings. Gourin is known for its crepes and holds both an annual crepe festival and a Breton music festival.

The accommodation is a recent conversion of a traditional Breton longere and each gite includes:

· Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen including washing machine, dish washer and microwave

· Bed linen and towels provided

· Stylish open-plan design ground floor, including stone fireplace and wood burner.

· Satellite TV/ DVD and CD player

· Patio area with garden furniture.

· Selection of indoor and outdoor toys and games

· High chair and travel cot

The gites share a large private garden to the rear
of the property, backing onto a wooded area and including:

- Children's swing / climbing frame
- Inflatable Paddling Pool
- Barbeque

Le Coquelicot has a spacious, open plan downstairs.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven and microwave.
The sitting room has a traditional stone fireplace with a woodburning stove.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, (one with an en-suite shower room), two single bedrooms, and a bathroom.
The single bedrooms each have a pull out guest bed (full-size) to give a maximum capacity of 8.

There is a large, open plan downstairs area with split level kitchen and sitting room.
The sitting room has a traditional stone fireplace with a woodburner.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double, one single and a triple (one bed in this room is suitable only for under 10's).
There is also a separate bathroom with shower.
Equipment includes fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with UK satellite, DVD player.
