Newly renovated longere,consisting of 3 very spacious cottages all which sleep upto 8 people,highly renovated with all the conviences of modern life..A great holiday suitable for all the family,situated in peaceful surrondings,south-facing with plenty to see and do.

• also with a communal swimming pool.We also have a wooded play area for children.

Le Branches is situated in a small village of Riec Sur Belon.Surronded by the beautiful coast line of South-west Brittany,with the nearest beach just 15 mins drive.We are only 1hr 45mins from Roscoff ferry port,and 1hr 15mins from Brest Airport.We do recommend use of a car to explore this beautiful area of France.The village of Riec is within walking distance which has supermarket,bakeries,bars,resturants,chemist,newsagents and tourist office.The river belon is a 5 minute drive ,ideal for the keen fisherman.The well known town of Pont Aven famous for it,s art galleries and biscuits is only a 10 min drive with local produce market on Tuesdays.Other towns located near by:Lorient,Quimperle,Quimper and also Concarneau one of the largest fishing ports in Brittany, with wonderful gift shops all inside the castle walls.

All the cottages are very spacious sleeping upto 8 people,ideal for two families sharing.Upstairs is master bedroom with double bed,ensuite with shower,toilet and wash basin.Second bedroom has double bed or 2 singles,ensuite with shower,toilet and wash basin.Third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds ideal for children.Main bathroom has full size bath,toilet and wash basin.Downstairs is open plan kitchen diner with seating for 8.The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances,electric oven,gas hob and microwave.Utility room has washing machine,freezer and seperate toilet.The lounge has comfy seating area with English T.v,video and D.v.d player.Oil central heating is through-out the properties.We also have cots and stairgates for use.Outside is individually fenced gardens.There is a decking area with garden furniture and a barbecue for you to relax or have a bottle or two of french wine.We also have a secured wooded area with play facilites:trampoline swings,badminton and slides for children.We do have bicycles for use to suit all ages including cycle helmets.
