The cottage is part of a 17th century Breton stone longere. Set in nearly 2 acres of peaceful gardens with mature trees. An opportunity to try a new activity. Tuition and all equipment available.There is hardly any passing traffic, so complete peace, where you can listen to the birds sing and watch the wild life.

The nearest village of St Nicolas des Eaux is only 5mins away. A charming riverside village where you will find restaurants,bars and a creperie. Relaxing river trips, and cycles can be hired to explore the Blavet Valley.Close by ,a golf course, equestrian centre,Kayaks,coarse & carp fishing.

The cottage has beamed ceilings and retains many original features, whilst benefiting from modern fittings and appliances.
Ground Floor:- Lounge with log burning fire,comfortable furniture and a double bed settee, if an extra bed is required.

Compact well equipped kitchen with cooker (bottled gas),fridge/freezer,microwave,toaster, and washing machine.
A separate dining room with seating for 6 (high chair available).
Shower room with w.c. and wash basin.

First Floor:- Fully carpeted with three bedrooms (2 Doubles & a Twin) plus cot if required.
