Maison Penfra is located between Josselin and Ploermel. It takes 8 minutes to reach Lac au Duc with its sandy beach which is great for swimming. The Lac offers other watersport activities and a fine golf course. Maison Penfra is within walking distance of Saint-Malo-Des-Trois-Fontaines which has a bread shop and two bars/restaurants.

If it is a peaceful holiday you are hoping for then Maison Penfra won't let you down. When you wake up in the morning you will hear the birds singing and may be a tractor every now and then. The colder months allow you to relax in front of the large open fireplace whilst during the summer months you can dine alfresco in the large garden. Maison Penfra is about ten minutes by car from the towns of Josselin and Ploermel both well worth a visit and not just on market days. Josselin is well known for its chateau overlooking the Nantes to Brest Canal. If you enjoy cycling then the lanes around Maison Penfra are perfect - explore the nearby forest and villages with a picnic in tow.

The coast in Brittany is fabulous and is just under an hour from the house. The countryside inland with its towns and villages is extremely pretty and offers plenty to explore and do for people of all ages.

Large comfortable lounge-cum-dining room with satellite tv, dvd player and VCR. Bathroom with bath and separate shower. Separate WC. Well equipped and good size rustic kitchen. Washing facilities. Next to the bathroom the downstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed and wash basin. From lounge there are stairs to two further large bedrooms one with kingsize bed and single bed and the other with two single beds. Cot available and highchair. Good size garden with table and chairs, room for parking.
