Kerdaniel Gites, comprises of 3 gite holiday cottages set in the tiny hamlet of Kerdaniel just 30km from Brest, 30km from Roscoff (ferry port) and just 2km from our varied & exquisite coastline.

A charming rural enclave of 3 adjoining gites which have been lovingly converted from the original farm and outbuildings to provide comfortable, very well furnished holiday accomodation in picturesque northern Brittany.
Kerdaniel Gites are located in a quiet rural setting just 2km from the village of Guisseny and the first of countless safe and sandy beaches.
Each of the gites has it's own unique style but all have been furnished and renovated with great care and attention to provide all you could possibly need for an enjoyable holiday.
The Brittany Ferries port at Roscoff (arriving from Plymouth)is just 30 minutes away from Kerdaniel Gites.
There are further ports (St Malo, Caen & Cherbourg) which are 3 - 4.5 hours drive from Kerdaniel Gites).
Brest International Airport is just 30 minutes away with Dinard airport around 3 hours.
Both of these airports have flights from the UK with Ryanair & Flybe.
No matter where your arrival point is in France, comprehensive directions, maps, GPS details etc will be provided once you have made your booking.
Kerdaniel Villlage provides total flexibility to accomodate your larger group or family and providing the perfect home from home for your special vacation.
Depending upon the size of your group and your specific requirements you can choose to occupy 1, 2 or all 3 of the properties which make up Kerdaniel Village.
This flexibility allows us to accommodate from just 1 person to 20, plus your precious little ones of course !.

Gite Details

Kerdaniel 1 offers a total area of approximately 100m2 and comprises a ground floor and first floor.
The ground floor provides a spacious, comfortable, open plan living area which has a fireplace with a wood burning stove (to be installed in 2009)in addition to central heating making the gite suitable for all year round occupancy.
There is a sofa and several easy chairs, coffee tables, television, DVD player, radio & CD player and also books & games.
In addition on site there is a DVD library with over 200 films to choose from with something for all ages.
The adjoining area has a dining table & 6 chairs.
The well equipped kitchen has all mod cons, oven with grill & hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster & kettle. There is also an iron & ironing board.
Also downstairs there is an additional WC & hand basin.
Additional, larger or specialized equipment is available, free of charge on request should you wish to prepare a large feast or celebration !.

Upstairs there are 2 double & 1 twin bedroom which are all large & airy each with ample wardrobe space and bedside tables/lamps.
There is a bathroom with hand basin, WC, excellent lighting and mirrors and a large Hydrospa shower unit.
Bed linen is provided and is changed (free of charge) every Saturday.
Kerdaniel 1 provides a private, south facing terrace (30m2)complete with garden furniture.
To the rear of the property there is a larger, communal patio, BBQ area and lawn area once again complete with ample garden furniture, BBQ's and a selection of outdoor games.
Just alongside there is ample, private on site parking.

Additional, larger or specialized equipment is available, free of charge on request should you wish to prepare a large feast or celebration !.

Upstairs there are 2 double & 1 triple bedroom which are all large & airy each with ample wardrobe space and bedside tables/lamps.
There is a bathroom with hand basin, WC, excellent lighting and mirrors and a large shower unit.
Also ‘en suite’ to the triple bedroom there is a WC, wash hand basin & storage facilities.
Bed linen is provided and is changed (free of charge) every Saturday.
Kerdaniel 3 provides a private, south west facing terrace and garden complete with garden furniture.
